All sales are final. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We are committed to your satisfaction and want every experience with Constance K Aromatic Candles & Aromatherapy to feel intentional and cared for. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

🚚 Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details and guiding you through the process, but we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or issue refunds for packages lost or delayed by the shipping service.
Please be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout, and ensure someone is available to receive your order upon delivery whenever possible.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We’ll respond promptly to help resolve the matter.
💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
While we do not accept returns, in the rare case that a refund is approved (such as for a duplicate order or a non-receivable package), we will notify you once your request is reviewed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

🔥 Temperature Stability & Storage
Due to our commitment to clean, all-natural formulations, many of our products are made without preservatives or emulsifiers. As a result, they may melt or solidify depending on the weather.
Please retrieve your package promptly after delivery to avoid melting or freezing. If a product melts or freezes, this may alter the texture but not the quality.
Keep all preservative-free products in a cool, dry area, and avoid water contact to preserve product integrity.

💌 Digital Products & Gift Cards
All digital gift cards and downloadable content are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Please treat your digital purchases and codes with care.
