Thank you for shopping with Constance K Aromatic Candles & Aromatherapy. We take pride in crafting each order by hand and ensuring it arrives safely to your door.

1. Order Processing Time  
All products are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item ships. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Carriers  
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping method and carrier may vary depending on your location and order size.

3. Domestic Shipping  
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

4. Shipping Rates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer **free shipping on orders over $50** (before tax and after discounts), within the continental U.S.

5. Delivery Issues  
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information  
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages  
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@constancekaromaticcandles.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and items. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping  
At this time, we only ship within the United States. For special international requests, please contact us before placing your order.
