Orders are handmade and processed in the order received. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We ship using USPS and UPS. Shipping times vary by location. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@constancekaromaticcandles.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
6. Workshops & Events
All workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your scheduled class, you may contact us to request a reschedule or transfer the booking to another guest. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services. You agree to use our products at your own risk.
